Stored, cleared, delivered
The larger half of what we do. Goods arrive on our yard, are counted into stock, and leave again against your orders, with the customs and the freight handled by the same people who hold the pallets.
Four services that are usually bought from four suppliers. Run together they remove the waiting between them, which on an island is most of the delay.
Warehousing
Racked, bulk and segregated storage, charged by what you use.
Pallet racking for goods that move, block stacking for goods that do not, and floor space for anything that does not fit either. Stock is booked in against your order, counted, and visible as a number you can check rather than a number you are told.
Where goods need separating, whether for temperature, contamination risk or simple security, they are separated physically rather than by a line on a plan. If your goods need a locked cage and a signature to leave it, say so at the start and it is built into the rate.
Booking in against your purchase order, with discrepancies reported the same day
Periodic stock counts, and a full count whenever you ask for one
Date rotation where shelf life applies, so the oldest stock leaves first
Segregated and access controlled space where the goods require it
Island distribution
Delivery across Malta and Gozo, scheduled or same day.
Malta is small enough that almost anywhere is within an hour of Mosta, which changes what distribution means. The question is rarely how far, it is how often and how precisely. A shop that can only receive between seven and nine needs a different plan from a site that will take a pallet whenever it arrives.
Gozo runs are scheduled around the ferry rather than treated as an afterthought, because a missed crossing is a lost day, not a lost hour.
Scheduled routes, or same day where the order is placed early enough
Delivery windows agreed per customer, not per run
Proof of delivery returned with the signature and the time
Gozo deliveries planned around the crossing, with the sailing named in advance
Freight forwarding
Getting goods to the island, and off it again.
Everything Malta consumes arrives by sea or by air, and most of it by sea through the Freeport. We arrange the movement, track it, and tell you when the date has moved, which on an island route it sometimes will.
Full container, shared container or air freight where the value or the urgency justifies the cost. We will say which we think is right for a given consignment, including when the cheapest option is the sensible one.
Full and shared container loads, inbound and outbound
Air freight where the timing or the value warrants it
Collection at origin arranged where you would rather not deal with it
One point of contact from booking to arrival on our yard
Customs clearance
Declarations prepared and lodged, with the paperwork kept.
Malta is inside the EU customs union, so goods from another member state move freely. Goods from outside it do not, and that is where consignments sit on a quay while somebody looks for an invoice.
We prepare and lodge the declaration, apply the right commodity codes, and keep the records. Where a consignment needs a licence, an inspection or a certificate of origin, that is better known before it sails than after it lands.
Import and export declarations prepared and lodged
Commodity classification, with the reasoning written down
Duty and VAT calculated before arrival rather than after
Records retained and available if a consignment is ever questioned

Send us the volumes
Pallets in, orders out, and the months when both change. That is enough for a first answer on whether this is a good fit.
