One building, two halves
Podo Manufacturing Ltd operates from Zona Industrijali in Mosta, holding and moving goods for other businesses and building products they would rather not build themselves.
A logistics business with a factory in it
The name says manufacturing and the larger half of the work is logistics. That is the honest description, and we would rather lead with it than have a client discover it later.
The two sides are genuinely connected. Stock we already hold can be repacked, relabelled or built into something else without leaving the site. A client who came to us for storage often ends up using the production area for a run they had no other way of doing at short notice.

We say what we are not
We are not a volume manufacturer and not a national carrier. Where another supplier would serve you better we will say so at the first conversation rather than the third.
The scope is written down
Which work is ours and which stays yours, agreed before anything arrives. Most disputes in this trade come from the gap between the two, not from the work itself.
Stock figures are yours to check
A number you can look at beats a number you are given. Discrepancies are reported the day they are found, including when they are ours.
Dates are reported when they move
On an island route a sailing slips sometimes. You will hear it from us when we hear it, not when the goods fail to arrive.
Zona Industrijali, Mosta
Mosta sits near the middle of the island, which is the practical reason to be there. Most of Malta is inside an hour, the Freeport and the airport are both reachable without crossing the capital, and the Gozo ferry is a planned run rather than an expedition.
